The short version: the Starter plan is free and always will be, so there is nothing to refund. Paid plans bill monthly and can be cancelled in one click, so you are never charged for a month you did not choose to start.
1. Free plan
The Starter plan costs nothing, requires no card, and does not expire. No payment is taken, so no refund can arise. You can use it indefinitely without ever entering payment details.
2. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly only. There are no annual or multi-year commitments. You are charged on the same date each month until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
Cancel at any time, in one click, from your account. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you for the following month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
4. Refunds
Plans bill monthly and you can cancel at any time, so you are never charged for a month you did not choose to start. We do not refund a month already under way.
We do refund, in full and without argument:
- A duplicate or accidental double charge.
- A charge you did not authorise.
- A technical failure on our side that prevented you using the service for a sustained period.
- A charge that continued after a cancellation we have confirmed.
Request a refund within 30 days of the charge at support@dialmaster.in. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Your statutory rights
If the law where you live grants you a withdrawal, cooling-off or refund right, that law takes precedence over this policy. Nothing here limits a right you have under consumer legislation in your jurisdiction.
6. Where you bought matters
Purchases made on this website are handled by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record and seller of record for the transaction. Their terms govern the payment itself, and refunds for web purchases are processed through them.
If you ever purchase through a mobile app store, that store's refund policy applies to the transaction and its decision is final — we cannot override it, though we will always help you raise it.
