In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy regulations (like GDPR and CCPA), Dial Master provides users with full control over their data, including the right to request immediate deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Dial Master app:

  1. Open the Dial Master app.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Account & Security.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

Option 2: Web Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion by contacting our support team:

  1. Send an email to support@dialmaster.in.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address associated with your Dial Master account.

We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

  • Your account profile information (email, name).
  • All cloud-backed up leads, notes, and call logs (if applicable to your subscription tier).
  • Your analytics and gamification history.

Note: Deleting your account data does not cancel your active Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately via the Google Play Store to avoid future charges.
