What you are actually paying for

Most apps sell you a paid tier to take the ads away. That is not the deal here. On the free Starter plan every contact, note and call outcome is written to your phone and nowhere else. No copy sits on our servers, which is exactly why we can promise we will never read or sell your pipeline.

The cost of that promise is real: if the phone is lost, stolen, wiped or the app is uninstalled, the data goes with it. We cannot restore what we never had a copy of.

The paid Growth plan is the answer to that one problem. It keeps an encrypted backup of your pipeline so a new phone is a restore rather than a rebuild. Ads come off as well, but if you are weighing up whether to pay, weigh it on the backup.

All purchases, once live, are processed through Google Play using the payment method already on your account. Nothing is billed outside the Play Store.

The Starter plan is free forever — your account starts with 50 free imports, and after that a short rewarded ad tops your balance back up. A paid Growth plan is coming, with Team and Enterprise behind it. Growth pricing will be published here before it launches.
Your first 50 imports are granted the first time you import contacts, not at signup, and they are tied to your account so a reinstall does not reset them — it is a once-per-account grant. When the balance runs out, a short rewarded ad tops it back up, repeatedly through the day.
Nothing is thrown away. If you paste a list longer than your balance, the part you can afford imports immediately and the remainder is staged. Each ad you watch releases more of it until the whole list is in.
Cloud backup. On the free Starter plan your leads, notes and call history live on your device and nowhere else — which is good for privacy, but it means losing or replacing the phone loses the data. The paid Growth plan backs your pipeline up and restores it on a new device. It removes ads too, but the backup is the point.
Your data never goes to our servers on the free plan. Contacts, notes and call outcomes are stored locally on your Android device under our Zero Data Retention policy — we cannot read or sell what we never receive. The trade-off is that uninstalling the app, or losing the phone, loses that data.
No. DialMaster places calls through your phone's own SIM card rather than over the internet, so calls are billed by your mobile operator under whatever plan you already pay for. There are no per-minute VoIP charges from us on any tier.
Yes. The Starter plan is ad-supported — that is what keeps it free. Rewarded ads are the mechanism for topping up your daily import balance, and there are a small number of other ad placements. The paid Growth plan removes them.
