Ensure your CSV or XLSX file has clearly labeled columns (e.g., 'Name', 'Phone'). If DialMaster is freezing, try breaking down lists larger than 5,000 contacts into smaller batches.

DialMaster uses your device's native SIM card to place calls. Check if you have an active carrier plan, cell reception, and ensure 'Call Forwarding' isn't conflicting with dialing.

Subscriptions are managed entirely through the Google Play Store. Open your Play Store app, tap your profile icon, go to 'Payments & subscriptions', then 'Subscriptions', and cancel DialMaster from there.

No. By default, all imported contacts, call logs, and notes are stored locally on your device for absolute privacy. They only sync to the cloud if you explicitly turn on Cloud Backup.
